Ingredients
15 oz. Can of Chickpeas, drained and cooked
2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped coarsely
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Bunch of Parsley
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Tahini
2 Tbsp. Water
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive OIl
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/8 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Clove of Garlic, sliced
1 Tbsp. Capers, drained
1 Tbsp. Pine Nuts
1 Handful Basil
Directions
  1. Drain the chickpeas and rinse them well in a strainer.
  2. In the food processor, place the chickpeas, garlic, cilantro, parsley, lemon juice, tahini, 2 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth and scrape the sides to combine well. 
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pulse a few times until well combined. 
  4. Heat a small skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 sliced garlic clove, capers and pine nuts. Cook until the garlic starts to brown and remove from the heat. 
  5. Place hummus in a serving bowl and top with the skillet mixture on top. 
  6. Serve and Enjoy!

Directions
